（1）开发前端注册页面，支持输入用户名，密码，确认密码，邮箱，电话，年龄，出生日期（3分）
（2）页面提交至RegisterServlet，RegisrerServletController调用RegisrerService，若RegisterService正常完成，则跳转至注册成功页面，反之则跳转至注册失败页面（2分）
（3）RegisterService验证用户名，密码，邮箱是否为空，若为空，则返回相应的提示信息；
验证用户名是否在数据库中已存在，若已存在，则返回该用户名已存在；若不存在则调用RegisreDao将用户信息存入用户表。
