Proposal, Report and Reflection Playbooks

Task playbooks convert assessment facts into a production system without replacing current instructions. For the proposal, work backward from the management decision and required findings. Align research problem, questions, design, population, sample, constructs, questionnaire items, planned analysis and ethics before data exist.

The current brief specifies 1,800 words with a ±10% tolerance, a questionnaire designed for no more than five minutes and generally no more than fifteen questions; current Moodle controls final operational details. Pretest the longest route and remove any item with no question, route, quality or analysis role. At field release, freeze the approved questionnaire, codebook and recruitment plan.

Preserve raw data, reconcile cases and build the analysis file through documented rules and SPSS syntax. Lock final tables before drafting results. The report brief specifies 2,200 words excluding references and appendix, a relative Week 12 Thursday 11:55 deadline and use of SPSS. Confirm the calendar date and counting rules on the active task rather than manufacturing them.

Write methods from actual execution, results from final output, discussion from bounded interpretation and recommendations from the evidence ladder. The reflection is 1,000 words under the captured brief and should analyse a small number of consequential decisions. Use a chain of decision, evidence or feedback, change, consequence and future practice.

Keep the unresolved late-rate conflict visible until current Moodle confirms it. For the live class test, prepare to the allocated workshop, 15-minute, 24-question, laptop and Safe Exam Browser conditions. Recheck permitted materials and task-specific AI rules. Across written work, use only allowed assistance, verify every source and calculation, preserve drafts where useful and declare tool use exactly as required.

A final five-gate review checks truth, traceability, analysis, integrity and delivery. Truth verifies current facts and unresolved conflicts. Traceability links claims to evidence and numbers to controlled output. Analysis checks assumptions, effect and claim boundary. Integrity checks independent authorship, citations, privacy and declarations.

Delivery opens the exported file, inspects pages and tables, confirms filename and destination, submits with margin and saves the receipt. All project scenarios and practice content are independent study material, not live prompts, rubrics, private data or submit-ready answers.

AskSia-authored practice weighting (not an official mark scheme): Original worked model: proposal, report and reflection playbooks

Q [4 marks]. Run a final five-gate review across truth, traceability, analysis, integrity and file delivery using an original project.
  • +1State the management or evidence question, population and decision use before naming a method.
  • +1Choose and defend the relevant design, measure, sample or analysis, preserving the correct valid base.
  • +1Report the result or planned output with magnitude, uncertainty and a precise evidence noun.
  • +1State the main limitation and a conditional decision or follow-up that does not exceed the evidence.
Run a final five-gate review across truth, traceability, analysis, integrity and file delivery using an original project. A complete answer preserves traceability from the decision through evidence to a bounded claim and names the next control or follow-up rather than upgrading association, self-report or participant data into a stronger fact.
Sia tip — Walk backward from the recommendation to the result, analysis, variable, item, research question and management decision.
Glossary

Key terms

submission cascade
A key concept in Proposal, Report and Reflection Playbooks: define it in the population, context and decision for this study rather than relying on a label alone.
AI declaration
A control term used to keep proposal, report and reflection playbooks technically and conceptually traceable across the project.
reflection evidence
A boundary or diagnostic that should appear beside the relevant result, not only in a generic limitations paragraph.
FAQ

Proposal, Report and Reflection Playbooks FAQ

How does proposal, report and reflection playbooks support MKB2705 assessment?

It supplies a specific research decision, evidence control and claim boundary that can support the proposal, class-test reasoning, SPSS report or reflection. Apply it to your own project and current Moodle task rather than copying the worked model.

What is the most common proposal, report and reflection playbooks mistake?

The common failure is letting a convenient method, software output or confident phrase replace the decision question and represented evidence. Keep population, construct, valid base and design visible.

Can AI complete this proposal, report and reflection playbooks work?

No. Follow the current task-specific rule. Use only permitted support, verify every source and number, author submitted prose yourself and complete the required declaration. Quizzes say AI should not be used.

Study strategy

Assessment move

Run three linked production boards. The proposal board aligns decision, question, sample, measure and planned analysis before collection. The report board freezes the analysis file, routes each question to a result and traces every recommendation backward to evidence. The reflection board selects a few consequential decisions and records feedback, change, consequence and future control.

Beside all three, keep current word, date, file, AI and declaration requirements from Moodle. Before submission, run five gates: truth for live facts and conflicts, traceability for sources and calculations, analysis for assumptions and claim strength, integrity for authorship and privacy, and delivery for export, destination and receipt.

Practise the gates on independent material, not the assessed response, and preserve enough version history to explain how the work changed.
