Why naming the parts is not knowing the process

A student who can label a diagram and a student who can explain what breaks if one label is removed look identical until the exam. Biology papers increasingly ask the second question. The tutor withholds the summary and asks you to trace the consequence, which is the form the marks take.

Personal here means it remembers which kind of question defeats you rather than which chapter. If your recall is strong but figure based questions keep going wrong, that is tracked on its own and practice returns to it with a different dataset.

Can it explain a figure from my textbook?

Yes. Photograph or upload the figure and it works through the axes and the trend with you, asking what the data show before offering an interpretation.

Does it cover genetics problems?

Yes, including crosses, pedigrees, probability and Hardy Weinberg. Genetics is the topic where students most often have the concept and lose the arithmetic, so the working is shown in full.

Will it follow my course's depth?

It will once your slides are connected. Introductory modules and specialist ones cover the same processes at very different resolution, and being taught beyond your syllabus wastes revision time.
