What is the AskSia AI MPT tutor?
The AskSia AI MPT tutor is a personal tutoring tool for the Multistate Performance Test. It asks what document the task memo requests and who the audience is, works through organising the file and library with you when you ask, and puts a variation back to you under the same time limit. It covers reading the task memo, working within a closed universe of materials, organising facts, applying the supplied authority, objective and persuasive writing, common task formats and time management. An objective memo submitted when a persuasive brief was requested loses marks throughout regardless of quality. The tutor asks what document and what audience before anything is drafted.

Summarising the file instead of using it

Why memorised law does not help here
This component supplies the authority deliberately, so knowledge is not what is being measured. What is measured is whether you can read a task, use a closed set of materials and produce the document requested within the time. The tutor trains that sequence rather than doctrine.
Personal here means it remembers which part of the sequence keeps slipping. Strong analysis with weak instruction following is a specific and very common pattern, and it is quickly fixable once named.
It works in English, German, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, which matters for internationally trained candidates.

Do I need to memorise law for the MPT?
No. The library supplies the authority you need, and importing outside law is generally not rewarded. The skills are reading the task, using the materials and producing the document requested.

Does it cover all the task formats?
