Why the blueprint is the study plan
PANCE items are written to a published pairing of organ system and task, so identifying that pairing narrows a five option question before any clinical knowledge is used. The tutor asks for it every time until the habit is automatic.
Personal here means it remembers which pairing keeps failing rather than which topic. Strong cardiology knowledge with weak intervention items is a specific pattern, and practice returns to that intersection.
